Epiphany Recap

Thanks to everyone for attending our Epiphany related events over the past two days, and especially want to thank Fr. Reid for making the extra time for these important celebrations.  If you haven’t done so already, please offer a few Hail Mary’s for Father in thanksgiving.  Speaking of Epiphany Holy Water, Sensus Fidelium has provided a recap of Epiphany Holy Water blessings including blessings from other parishes in the U.S.: https://sensusfidelium.us/blessing-of-epiphany-water/

Below are events this week:

The meditation series is also open to Non-Confraternity members. To watch the event (from Los Angeles), please visit the FSSP’s LiveMass webpage: http://www.livemass.net/

Sign up to receive The Liturgical Year excerpts daily: Lastly, a reader shared with us that the FSSP Latin Mass parish in Atlanta has started a wonderful service where it e-mails out excerpts from Dom Prosper Gueranger’s masterpiece, The Liturgical Year. If you’re unfamiliar, this 15 volume set was written by the great French Benedictine liturgist in the 1800s and has a beautiful reflection for each feast day in the Traditional Latin Mass calendar including history, customs, as well as hymns and prayers.  It’s a great way to learn about the traditions and history of our faith and the Latin Mass. To sign up visit this website and select The Liturgical Year: https://fsspatl.com/email-subscription

On  a related note, Sensus Fidelium has the Liturgical Year transcribed and viewable by month/day: https://sensusfidelium.us/the-liturgical-year-dom-prosper-gueranger/
