For those looking for a summer road trip, we have a special Latin Mass to announce this Sunday August 12 in Columbia, South Carolina (90 miles south of Charlotte).
Fr. James Buckley, FSSP will be offering a Low Mass at 1pm at the St. Thomas More Chapel on the campus of the University of South Carolina in Columbia. As noted earlier this week Fr. James Buckley is a priest with the Fraternity of St. Peter (a Latin Mass order of priests) and has visited with our community a few times.

This event is also historic as this might be the 1st public Sunday Latin Mass in the Columbia/Midlands area since the FSSP had to stop serving the region 7-10 years ago (low turnout).
The event is being organized by the Columbia Traditional Latin Mass Community.
